This is a two-stroke piston that has been "stuffed" to increase crankcase compression. It is an "A" piston designed to fit a SAAB three-cylinder engine. These were somewhat secret weapons "in the day". I have only ever seen this one, which I found while looking through a box of assorted SAAB two-stroke pistons.
