Racing and Cars in 2007 Galleries

12-15-07 VSCCA Tour of Dr. Simeone's Vintage Car Museum : The VSCCA had their annual holiday party for members of the V.S.C.C.A. in the Delaware Valley Area on the 15th of December, 2008. We started the day with breakfast at the Philly Deli and then went to visit Dr. Simeone and his wonderful car collection. It isn't really set up for taking pictures of the cars. The lighting is minimal. Still, here's my shots.

VSCCA at Summit Point, Shenandoah - 11-03-07 : This was a great weekend. Our cars were reliable enough that I had an opportunity to run and take some photos. The weather was fantastic . We ran the course clockwise on Saturday and switched to counter-clockwise on Sunday.

FRCCA at Summit Point - Shenandoah, 11-03-07 : This was a great weekend. Our cars were reliable enough that I had an opportunity to run and take some photos. The weather was fantastic . We ran the course clockwise on Saturday and switched to counter-clockwise on Sunday. The photos should be organized by car number, lowest first.

VRG at the Glen - 10-20-07 : I got one and a half practice sessions Friday morning before the car quit. After that, no racing for me. :-( But, as happens when the car either runs so well I don't have to work on it or it runs so poorly I can't work on it... I went and took pictures. These are all from outside of the left hander in the uphill esses.

Pittsburgh Vintage Grand Prix 2007 - Group 2 : Due to mechanical difficulties (with my cars) I only got an opportunity to shoot one session of one run group (Group2). This is the "Under 1 liter" or "Etceterini" group. It consists mostly of small engined production cars, H-Modified and Formula III.
